This book is based on this background to carry out research, with colon cancer as the research object, combined with tumor targeted therapy and other aspects to analyze colon cancer combined with targeted drug chemotherapy. The first chapter of this book is an overview of colon cancer tumors. The second chapter mainly introduces the application of targeted therapy. Tumor-targeted drugs play a role in many different links in the dysregulation of signaling pathways, and can distinguish the difference between normal cells and tumor cells. Compared with traditional cytotoxic drugs , tumor-targeted drugs are not easy to produce drug resistance, less toxic and side effects and high selectivity. The third chapter is that the combined application of colon cancer and targeted drugs significantly reduces the risk of postoperative recurrence and metastasis. The fourth chapter is the progress of colon cancer combined with molecular targeted therapy. Targeted therapy can specifically act on specific molecules or genes to exert anti-cancer effects, so it has the characteristics of not damaging normal tissue cells.
