Jurisprudence Teaching Method in the Training of Applied Legal Talents

Abstract

Today's society needs more applied talents to participate in the construction. From the perspective of legal personnel training, attention should also be paid to the training of talents' practical application ability of legal knowledge. Jurisprudence is an important and basic course for law major. Teachers should adjust and optimize the teaching of law based on the concept of cultivating applied legal talents. This paper briefly discusses some problems existing in the teaching of jurisprudence and discusses how to improve the students' ability of applying legal knowledge through the teaching of jurisprudence.
