Research on Competitive Strategy of Jiangxi Logistics Enterprises from the Perspective of Ecological Niche

Abstract

As of March 2018, the A-level logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province identified by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing are taken as research samples. Based on the theory of natural niche and enterprise niche, through questionnaire survey and interview, 176 questionnaires were issued and 36 field visits were made to analyze the ecological niche of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province. It was found that logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province had four problems, such as too high overlap of some "species", lack of cooperation consciousness among peers, weak innovation consciousness and weak resource expansion ability. Based on the theory of enterprise niche, combined with the competitiveness of regional logistics enterprises and the relevant theories of regional logistics niche, this paper puts forward some competitive strategies to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi province, such as the implementation of dislocation management in some regions, the strengthening of cooperation and win-win in different fields, the implementation of enterprise value innovation, and the strengthening of enterprise resource expansion.
