In the first chapter, the basic knowledge of breast cancer is summarized, including its background research, theoretical basis, epidemiological research and etiology analysis. These contents are intended to help readers establish a preliminary understanding of breast cancer and lay a foundation for further study. The second chapter focuses on the pathogenesis of breast cancer. This paper discusses the risk factors, pathogenesis of breast cancer and the relationship between them and related influencing factors, in order to reveal the deep logic behind the incidence of breast cancer. Diagnosis and evaluation is the key link of breast cancer treatment. Chapter 3 introduces the clinical characteristics of breast cancer, gene diagnosis research, design of key gene risk model and prognosis evaluation in detail. These contents will help readers to diagnose and evaluate breast cancer more accurately. The fourth and fifth chapters focus on surgical treatment, comprehensive treatment and individualized treatment strategies for breast cancer respectively. In these two parts, the surgical treatment technology, clinical pathway implementation and prognostic factors analysis of breast cancer were thoroughly discussed, and comprehensive treatment, immunotherapy and individualized treatment strategies of breast cancer were comprehensively analyzed. 

This book is expected to provide readers with a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge system of breast cancer surgery. It is hoped that this book can become a useful reference book for clinicians, researchers and students in the field of breast cancer treatment, and provide guidance and help for them. At the same time, I hope this book can stimulate more people's interest and enthusiasm in breast cancer research and work together to fight against this disease.
