This book is based on this background to conduct research, taking the green governance of listed companies as the research object, and combining China's policies and other aspects to analyze the impact of green governance systems on listed companies. The first chapter of this book introduces China's Green Credit Guidelines (GCG) policy. The proposal of "green credit" is well adapted to China's industrial policy and environmental economic policy, and can well promote the development of green industries. The second chapter mainly studies the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) of Chinese listed companies. The ESG concept has gradually attracted the attention of governments, regulators and investors around the world. More and more listed companies have incorporated ESG into strategic management decisions. The third chapter introduces the impact of green finance on China's green technology innovation. The fourth chapter studies that green innovation is to promote economic development and social progress while reducing damage to the environment under the premise of following economic laws and ecological development. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the relevant measures of Chinese listed companies under the GCG.
