At present, the cultivation of physical education professionals in Colleges and universities has entered a period of quality strengthening. Under the background of economic globalization, in order to build a world-class physical education major with Chinese characteristics, we must take the cultivation of international physical education talents as the core task of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities. Facing the higher requirements of the new era, China’s existing physical education curriculum evaluation system has the phenomena of modular evaluation content, inflexible evaluation tools and fixed evaluation methods. These phenomena reflect that the current physical education curriculum evaluation system of colleges and universities does not conform to the development law of the new era. The in-depth research on the optimization of physical education curriculum evaluation system of colleges and universities is of great significance.
