The Development Status and Structural Countermeasures of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The development of physical education in colleges and universities is essential to the overall development of people. In the new era, college physical education must establish a people-oriented guiding ideology. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to systematically explore. The research found that the development of physical education in colleges and universities has the problems of lack of life background, individual life noumenon, and lack of educational characteristics. The study puts forward that the development of physical education in colleges and universities is physical education in natural life, physical education in social life, and physical education in complete individuals. The countermeasures are to change the concept of physical education and teaching in a timely manner and integrate physical education into students in life, the all-round development of students is the ultimate goal of physical education, and physical education is carried out under the care of people.
