Abstract

This study, grounded in Activity Theory, delves into the interactions and potential conflicts among various elements of digital literacy skills of teachers at regional applied research universities amid the educational digital transformation wave. Through literature review and field analysis, an indicator system for influencing factors in building digital literacy skills for these teachers is proposed. The aim is to explore new pathways for enhancing digital literacy skills of teachers at applied universities in the context of educational digitalization, providing innovative strategies and case references to address such challenges.
