The optimization and innovation of modern sewage treatment processes are becoming the core support for ecological civilization construction, with the core goal of improving pollutant removal efficiency, reducing energy consumption throughout the entire process, promoting resource recycling, and thus building a water cycle governance system that harmoniously coexists with nature. With the deepening of the ecological civilization strategy, sewage treatment has been upgraded from traditional end of pipe treatment to a systematic project that emphasizes both pollution prevention and resource recovery. Based on traditional processes, the integration of new biological treatment technologies, advanced physical and chemical treatment methods, and resource recovery processes has effectively solved multiple problems in complex pollutant treatment, energy consumption control, and ecological protection. This development trend not only aligns with the strategic direction of China's ecological civilization construction, but also responds to the common demand for water resource protection in global environmental governance. Through technological innovation, it achieves the coordinated unity of sewage treatment, ecological benefits, and economic benefits, providing a solid guarantee for promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
