The book Research on the Integration of Ideology and Politics in College English Teaching in the Context of "Internet plus" came into being based on this background. It aims to systematically sort out and analyze the current situation, dilemma and development trend of College English teaching in the "Internet plus" era, and deeply explore the integration path and practical strategies of ideological and political curriculum in College English teaching, with a view to providing useful reference and reference for College English teaching reform in the new era. The whole book is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the concepts of educational informatization and "Internet plus education", analyzes the dilemma and development of College English teaching in the Internet era, and preliminarily discusses the necessity and feasibility of integrating ideological and political curriculum into College English teaching. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the reform of College English teaching in the "Internet plus" era, including the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching model, the cultivation of college students' English autonomous learning ability, and the research on teaching reform and innovation. Chapter 3 delves into the exploration and integration of ideological and political elements in College English courses, elaborating in detail from three aspects: textbook content reconstruction, exploration of ideological and political teaching methods, and construction of an evaluation system with ideological and political orientation. The fourth chapter focuses on the integration strategy of ideological and political education in College English courses under the background of "Internet plus", and analyzes the specific applications of intelligent autonomous online learning platform, hybrid learning mode, and ideological and political education practice in College English courses in the intelligent era. The last chapter, namely the fifth chapter, discusses the future prospects and development trends, including the innovative development of College English education in the context of "Internet plus", the future prospects of ideological and political education in the curriculum, and the international exchanges and cooperation of ideological and political education in College English curriculum in the context of globalization.
