This book is a case-based distance education electronic textbook on the electrical automatic control of coal mine electromechanical equipment for the major of Mechatronics Technology (Energy Direction). The authors are composed of front-line teachers with rich teaching experience in the college and engineers who have been engaged in relevant work in enterprises for a long time. 

This textbook mainly introduces the electrical automatic control of coal mine mechanical equipment. Guided by tasks and driven by projects, the whole book is divided into six major tasks as teaching projects to organize the teaching content: the design, installation, and commissioning of the basic control circuit of the motor, PLC automatic control programming, fault analysis and elimination of the electrical system of the shearer, installation, maintenance and overhaul of the electric control system of the roadheader, PLC control of the hydraulic support, and control and operation of the belt conveyor. This textbook is a characteristic textbook integrating theory and practice specially compiled for the core course "Electrical Automatic Control of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment" of the major of Mechatronics Technology (Energy Direction), and can be used by relevant majors in various colleges and universities and as a training textbook for electromechanical technical workers in coal mining enterprises.
