This book "Overview of Experimental Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Anti Neuroaging" focuses on the experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine anti neuroaging, aiming to explore the potential of traditional Chinese medicine in delaying the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Chapter 1 provides a review of neurodegenerative diseases, including an overview of neurodegenerative diseases, analysis of aging as a risk factor, and research on the pathogenesis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with cerebral iron deposition. Chapter 2 introduces the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, including the delay of neurovascular unit aging by traditional Chinese medicine, the impact of traditional Chinese medicine on central nervous system aging related signaling pathways, the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides and their mechanisms, as well as the latest research results in the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in synaptic plasticity to treat neurodegenerative diseases, demonstrating the potential and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of neuroaging. The third chapter delves into the effects and possible mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients in combating brain aging, including the research progress of total saponins of Schisandra chinensis, Bupleurum chinense, Red ginseng, Panax notoginseng, Coptis chinensis, Cistanche deserticola, and Resveratrol in the treatment of neuroaging, providing theoretical support for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Chapter 4 explores the impact of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation on muscle fatigue recovery after ice and snow sports, as well as the study of electrophysiological mechanisms, providing a theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of ice and snow sports. Finally, Chapter 5 studied the role and mechanism of 17β Estradiol in the protection of learning and memory in vascular dementia rats. 

This book provides a comprehensive overview of the experimental research on the anti neuroaging effect of traditional Chinese medicine, providing important references for further exploring the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of neuroaging diseases.
