This book systematically studies the issue of carbon monoxide exceeding limits in coal mines from multiple perspectives. Firstly, in the introduction section, a brief introduction is given to the mechanism of carbon monoxide generation from coal, the influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion, the formation and diffusion of carbon monoxide in coal seams, as well as the current research status and trends on carbon monoxide exceeding limits in coal mines. On this basis, subsequent chapters have conducted in-depth analysis of the reasons for carbon monoxide exceeding the limit, including influencing factors, the patterns of CO generation by different influencing factors, and the degree of influence of carbon monoxide exceeding the limit factors.
In order to better monitor and warn of carbon monoxide exceeding limits, relevant monitoring and warning technologies were explored, such as the relationship between free radical reactions and free radicals in coal, the overall scheme design of mining carbon monoxide transmitters, an infrared carbon monoxide detection system based on QCL, and the identification of hazardous areas for carbon monoxide exceeding limits. In addition, this book also conducts in-depth research on the comprehensive treatment of carbon monoxide exceeding the limit, involving the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion hazardous areas, dynamic monitoring systems for pressure equalization ventilation, mine fire prevention and extinguishing technology, and the establishment of coal seam gas drainage systems.
This book aims to provide comprehensive knowledge and solutions on carbon monoxide exceeding limits for coal mine safety management and technical personnel, in order to provide scientific basis for ensuring coal mine safety production and ecological environment.
