In recent years, corpus linguistics has attracted the attention, research, and application of scholars and educational experts, establishing a group of high-level and high-quality corpora with international standards, such as parallel corpora and specialized purpose corpora. A rich and diverse corpus has played a positive role in enriching language teaching represented by foreign language teaching. Corpus linguistics is no longer limited to the simple and tedious grammar, vocabulary, and lexicography of the past. Corpus linguistics covers many more professional and comprehensive linguistic research fields such as second language acquisition, foreign language teaching and research, translation services and practice, discourse analysis, language processing, and so on.
