Abstract

Understanding the origin of the "modern market" requires a return to the beginning of the relevant capital civilization in the West. As the product of social division of labor and the development of commodity economy, the coupling of "market" and capital promotes the development of the whole human society. Therefore, to trace the source of "modern market", it must be analyzed from the following five aspects: historical dimension, economic dimension, social dimension, philosophical dimension and comparative dimension.
