Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformative leadership behaviors of volleyball coaches on team performance in higher education institutions in China. The research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and utilizes the theory of transformational leadership to analyze how changes in coaching leadership behavior affect the performance of volleyball teams in Chinese universities. It explores the influence of transformational coaching on the relationship between team performance and team member development.
