The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical significance of legal protection of Huizhou merchants art patent. As an important business group in the history of Chinese commerce, Huizhou merchants played an important role in the social development with their unique business model and artistic creation. In modern society, the legal protection of Huishang art patent is of great significance for promoting innovation, protecting intellectual property rights and promoting the inheritance of cultural heritage. This paper will discuss the legal protection framework, protection measures and its practical significance in the social development of Huizhou merchants art patent.
