The World and National professional competitions lead the professional construction and curriculum reform of vocational colleges, and promote the innovation of talent training mode. The restaurant service and hotel reception competition play a positive promotion and leading role in the comprehensive professional ability training of hotel management and digital operation professionals. Through the analysis of the competition, competition purpose, content, evaluation standard and event management are as talent training mode construction standard which combined with the hotel industry standards and professional construction standards to construct the new talent training mode from seven path in which it was emphasized the process of five levels of docking.
