Efficiency Model and Technical Analysis of Inclusive Finance Based on Social Credit Big Data

Abstract

The deep integration of digital economy and inclusive finance is reconstructing the global financial resource allocation model, forming a development pattern driven by policy and technological innovation. The traditional credit reporting system is difficult to meet the needs of inclusiveness due to technological limitations, while social credit big data has become a key infrastructure for breaking financial exclusion by integrating diverse credit information. This study constructs a closed-loop framework of "data collection credit evaluation resource matching". Based on empirical data from multiple countries, it shows that social credit big data significantly improves the efficiency of inclusive finance, and its effects are reflected in three paths - inclusiveness effect, coverage breadth effect, and usage depth effect. Further analysis reveals that digital transformation generates intermediary effects through technological ecological synergy, especially in areas with weak credit environments, where data elements have a more significant marginal improvement on inclusive finance, highlighting its value in filling institutional gaps. Research has pointed out that achieving "data inclusiveness" requires the construction of a collaborative ecosystem between government and enterprises, working together in three dimensions: macro environment, market mechanisms, and institutional capabilities. In the future, the deep integration of the social credit system with artificial intelligence and blockchain will promote the precise transformation of financial services towards "one person, one policy", and cross industry collaboration mechanisms and regulatory innovation will become the core guarantee for inclusive growth.
