Abstract

The common problems existing in the application of reciprocating pumps in various fields: poor reliability, short life of wearing parts, low efficiency problems, it is difficult to realize the purpose of intelligent control of reciprocating pumps. It is proposed to innovate the main wearing parts of the reciprocating pump, such as the plunger and the filler, propose the running parallelism of the plunger, reduce eccentric wear, establish oil film to ensure the plunger runs in a straight line, reduce friction power consumption. Set up the aligning structure between the plunger and the intermediate rod and the oil film at the sealing interface is formed by replacing the medium with lubricating oil to prevent the sealing cavity from being destroyed by the creep of the peak pressure of the medium, so as to improve the overall life efficiency and reliability.
