With the continuous development of our country's economy and society, more and more students love and pay attention to sports, and are keen to participate in sports. But for a long time, the cultivation of the humanistic spirit of sports has been neglected, and the humanistic spirit of sports has not fully entered the field of vision of college students. For college students, the cultivation of the humanistic spirit of sports is more important. This article aims to study the effectiveness of the cultivation of the humanistic spirit of sports based on computer education. On the basis of analyzing the principles of physical education (PE) and the necessity and feasibility of adding humanistic spirit to PE, in order to further understand the current situation of the integration of humanistic spirit into PE in colleges. This article conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers from three universities, and put forward relevant suggestions after analyzing the results of the survey. The survey results show that the cultivation of humanistic spirit in PE is developed through multiple channels, but in terms of its role in promoting the cultivation of humanistic spirit, it needs to be further improved.
