"Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is a great work by Zhang Zhongjing, the medical sage of the late Eastern Han Dynasty. As a classic handed down, it has influenced countless doctors of later generations to follow the law and reason. Among them, Jueyin Disease is an overview of the use of Wumei Pills in the treatment of Jueyin Syndrome, and later generations of doctors have used this formula to treat syndromes based on clinical differentiation, addition and subtraction, and are widely used in complicated Jueyin Syndrome. The doctors of the past dynasties have their own understanding of the pathogenesis of Jueyin syndrome. After synthesizing the understanding of the pathogenesis of Jueyin by various famous scholars, this article collects the representative clinical applications of wumei pills in the past two decades and explores the effects of wumei pills in Jueyin. The etiology and pathogenesis of the changes in the clinical application of Yin syndrome, summarizing the effective ness of clinical flexible use of diagnosis and treatment, and exploring the application direction of Wumei Pills in Jueyin Syndrome. And the exact curative effect of some miscellaneous diseases, fully embodies the overall diagnosis and treatment thinking of TCM clinical treatment, dialectical treatment, and treatment of different diseases with the same treatment.
