Abstract

In today's rapidly changing business environment, enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. As an important part of enterprise management, human resource management plays an indispensable role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. By analyzing the relationship between human resource management and enterprise competitiveness, this paper discusses the importance of human resource management in attracting and retaining outstanding talents, improving employee performance, cultivating corporate culture and promoting organizational change. The article emphasizes that only by closely combining human resource management with enterprise strategy and establishing efficient human resource management system can enterprises stand out in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development.
