Interactive Installation Art in Campus Public Space

In the background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the campus has become the main space for teachers and students. The spiritual and cultural life of campus should be added accordingly. The specific cultural atmosphere in campus culture guides teachers and students to develop in a healthy and orderly way. Temporary public works of art can be useful in the shaping of a good campus environment added luster. This paper introduces interactive installation art in the campus public space, which is avant-garde, novel and attractive, arousing the interest between teachers and students. Taking NingboTech University as an example, this paper explores the humanistic and aesthetic value of installation art in public space of colleges and universities through questionnaire, data research and design practice.
