Based on statistical process control (SPC), the arrow shaft product was analyzed, and after fully understanding the quality processing status of the product, it was found that the change range of the deflection of the arrow shaft product exceeded the process requirements, resulting in insufficient process capacity. Normality test is carried out, and the mean-standard deviation control chart is drawn to find out the anomalies, and then the causes are analyzed from the original error, and then the fishbone diagram is used to analyze other causes of the abnormalities and make quality improvements. Data is collected again and control charts are used to verify the effect of the improvements, thereby increasing the pass rate of the product and further increasing customer satisfaction.
